"What an amazing experience! The food at this Turkish restaurant was absolutely wonderful — full of rich, authentic flavors and perfectly prepared. Every dish was delicious, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while!"
"I am soo happy that I’ve found a real, authentic Turkish restaurant here. As a Turkish person living abroad, it is very hard to find real Turkish food and this place cures my homesickness. I love their selection of food. All very tasty! Beyti, Ali Nazik, Hünkar Beğendi, Sote Güveç, Lahmacun all super nice! Their baklava was very tasty too, very balanced sugar syrup They offer pink humus upon arrival with some crackers, then for starters I recommend “ensalada de berenjenas” (bbqued eggplant+peppers salad), and a second one: you can choose one of these>> paçanga (salty rolls with cheese and turkish pastırma), içli köfte (meatballs with bulgur and minced meat), or lahmacun to share. And the main meat dishes. It is very typical to drink “ayran” (a yogurt drink, not sweet, salty) along with meat dishes in Turkish culture, so I recommend ordering that alongside with your main dish. Then finally, I am highly recommending turkish tea “çay” with your desert! I will definitely come back for more, I’ve heard that their Turkish breakfast is also very good, which is my fav thing from Turkey."
"The best and the only authentic Turkish restaurant you could ever find in Madrid. They have a great variety of original Turkish food (not only kebabs unlike the common belief). The food is absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying to get a glimpse of Turkish cuisine. The service was pretty slow when we went there though, but was worth the wait. Accessibility: there are a few stairs at the entrance, so it might be difficult for a wheelchair to enter, but the staff is very helpful to accommodate your needs."
"It's all about the food. We booked ahead as a group although it was quiet on a weekday night, not far off public transport. The food was "super good", as the Spanish colleagues would say. Cold dips tasted fresh and juicy, the hot items were well fried or cooked and the overall taste profile quite memorable - despite the fact we're talking about standard dishes in Turkish cuisine. The service was fine without highs or lows and the space is quite bare, detracting from the overall experience. The baklava dessert is also worth mentioning although the kantaif not so much. If you want good food and not much else, this is it."
"DELICIOUS Very generous dishes. Services was amazing and with perfect timing. The place is really nice."
"I tried Mavera Restaurant today, and it was my first time experiencing their Turkish cuisine. The food was extremely tasty, and I was genuinely impressed by the quality and flavors. Everything was well prepared and full of authentic taste. Highly recommended from my side"
"Best Turkish Restaurant I ever ate at. The family owned and run business is simply outstanding. The restaurant is immaculate clean and with a contemporary design. The server was great with excellent service. If you are in Madrid, definitely come here for dinner. Everything tasted fantastic. I already made another reservation to come back!"
"It's all about the food. Okay!! I really don’t know what i was expecting when I went there, but I was blown away. Food was so amazinggggggggg, I just had to write this.. We were 3, and we hadn’t booked ahead. We were in a haste, cuz we had prior appointments. But the food arrived in record time. It’s also not far off public transport. The service is great, the space is lovely and relaxing. If you want good food and a relaxing time, this would be it."
